Terms of Service Welcome to Oxinos. By engaging with our software development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Services Provided Oxinos provides custom software development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and digital transformation consulting. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract for each client. 2. Intellectual Property Upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees, all intellectual property rights for the custom software developed by Oxinos will be transferred to the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract. 3. Confidentiality We take your privacy and business secrets seriously. Both parties agree to sign and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive information shared during the project lifecycle.
